An Original 1963 Vintage Theatrical Movie Pressbook (pb; measures 12 1/4" x 15" [31 x 38 cm]; 6 pages) (Learn More) Il Figlio del Capitano Blood (released in the U.S. in 1963 as "The Son of Captain Blood"), the 1962 Tulio Demicheli Italian/Spanish/U.S. swashbuckling pirate seafaring sailor action adventure thriller ("The most daring adventure that ever swept across the seven seas!"; "Storming the Seas his father made famous!"; "SEE the mighty sword play of cut-throat crews slashing their way across the seas!"; "SEE an earthquake shatter an island."; "SEE a tidal wave drown an entire city!"; "SEE Sean Flynn's debut in the same kind of dashing, devil-may-care role that made his father, Errol Flynn, famous."; "Story and screenplay by Casey Robinson") starring Sean Flynn (billed as "Sean Flynn... Son of Errol Flynn"; in the title role as Robert Blood; his father had previously played Captain Blood in 1935!), Ann Todd, Alessandra Panaro, John Kitzmiller, and Jose Nieto. Note that John Kitzmiller was a black African American who served in Italy in World War II, and he decided to stay there after the war, and he appeared in around 50 Italian movies!
