Fibber McGee and Molly, the famous 1935 - 1959 comedy radio show starring Jim Jordan (in the title role as Fibber), Marian Jordan (in the title role as Molly), Harold Peary, Bill Thompson, and Gale Gordon. Note that the Jordans were a real life married couple who played a married couple in this famous radio show, and that unlike almost every other popular radio show, the characters were not taken from another medium, but were originated on this show.
