The poster had fine surface paper loss on parts of some foldlines (typical of high-gloss posters of this period). It also had some darkening and tiny bits of surface paper loss in the bottom horizontal fold and in the bottom half of the vertical fold, with pinholes and some paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
