An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Argentinean Movie Poster (measures approximately 29" x 43") (Learn More) Les Quatre Cents Coups (released in the U.S. as "Francois Truffaut's The Four Hundred Blows"), the classic 1959 Francois Truffaut French New Wave semi-autobiographical troubled teen family relationship coming-of-age melodrama ("Angel Faces hell-bent for violence"; based on Truffaut's troubled childhood in France; Leaud played him as a young boy in this movie and went on to portray him in four other Truffaut movies!) starring Jean-Pierre Leaud, Claire Maurier, Albert Remy, Guy Decomble, Georges Flamant, and Patrick Auffay (as Rene) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. The poster was folded in half an extra time and there were creases and scuffs across the bottom foldline, and minor wear on the other folds. There were some scuffs in the bottom black area and some pinholes and small tears around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking.
