Kurfurst Lothar Franz von Schonborn, the 1955 German poster promoting an exhibition about the life and works of Schonborn, which took place at the Neue Residenz in Bamberg, Germany from July to October. Lothar Franz von Schonborn was the Archbishop-Elector of Mainz from 1694 to 1729 and the Bishop of Bamberg from 1693 to 1729. He is best known for commissioning a number of Baroque buildings, such as the palace Schloss Weissenstein and Neue Residenz.
