Zap Comix is an underground comix comic book series from 1968 to 2014. It featured extremely early art by Robert Crumb, S. Clay Wilson, and many of the other early legendary underground comic artists. Zap was originally part of the youth counterculture of the late 1960s and became the model for the "comix" movement that followed after its release.
