Condition: good. several pairs of staple holes around the edges and in the vertical foldline as well as some smudging around the edges This one-sheet is in "lesser" condition (what many dealers would describe as "good" or "good to very good", or in the case of items with more serious defects, which should be easily seen on our large images, "fair")!
