Sciuscia (released in the U.S. in 1947 as "Shoeshine"), the classic 1946 Vittorio De Sica Italian post-World War II (WWII) Neo-Realist falling-out-between-young-boys-who-are-best-friends melodrama starring Emma Gramatica, Antonella Lualdi, Franco Interlenghi, Rinaldo Smordoni, and Annielo Mele

Important Added Info: Note that these Swiss lobby cards (which measure 13" x 17 1/4" [33 x 44 cm]) were printed with "En version francaise" in the lower left and an Italian producer logo in the lower right. Many of these have an Oscar winner snipe glued over the lower right and some have a "En version originale" over the "En version francaise". Eight of them have a stamp on the back that reads "DEPARTMENT DE JUSTICE ET POLICE GENEVE 21 FEV. 1949", so we know they are surely from 1949. Also note that these Swiss lobby cards were made by the distributor creating a set of identical stiff board printed backings with printed information about the movie, with a blank space for a still, and then they would attach a number of original U.S. stills to those boards, thus creating a set of Swiss lobby cards. Note that the board has metal grommets inserted into each corner, to make displaying of this Swiss lobby card far easier.

Condition: good. All of these Swiss lobby cards have at least some pinholes around the edges and varying amounts of stains and scuffs scattered throughout. Some have snipes and some do not (see our images). Some have a foreign stamp in the lower left corner of the inset photo.
