An Original 1971 (from the first release of this movie in Italy) Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian Two-Panel (known in Italy as a "4 Fogli") Movie Poster (2p; measures 55" x 78" [140 x 198 cm]) (Learn More) the theatrical release of Tarzan's Jungle Rebellion, the 1970 pilot for the "Tarzan" TV series (the pilot was made in 1967, but was not released theatrically as a movie until 1970) William Witney jungle adventure thriller ("Tarzan battles a madman's lust for power when a secret buried for a thousand years turns the jungle into a savage battleground!"; this movie was the original pilot for the 1966 "Tarzan" television series; "Based on the 'Tarzan' TV series"; "Tarzan battles a madman's lust when a secret buried for a thousand years turns the jungle into a savage battleground!") starring Ron Ely (in the title role "as Tarzan"), Jason Evers, Lloyd Haynes ("Star of 'Room 222'"), Sam Jaffe, Harry Lauter, William Marshall, Manuel Padilla Jr. ("as Jai") and Nichelle Nichols NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Also note that this Italian two-panel poster was printed in 2 sections (designed to overlap) and when combined, the poster measures 55" x 78" [140 x 198 cm]. Note that this poster was folded in half an extra time. If it is purchased by itself (or solely with other posters that were folded an extra time), then it can be sent in one of our standard size mailers. But if it is purchased with posters that were NOT folded an extra time, then it will need to be sent in one of our oversized flat packages. If you solely purchase this poster, we will re-fold it an extra time. Condition: fair. The poster was used in an English speaking country, and someone extremely carefully re-painted parts of the title so that it changed from the original Italian title to the English language one (they had WAY too much time on their hands!).
