An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

The Postman Didn't Ring, the 1942 Harold D. Schuster romantic postal mail stamp comedy melodrama ("Original Story by Mortimer Braus and Leon Ware"; an episodic movie framed around a sack of mail that was missing for 50 years that turns up, and the Post Office dutifully attempts to deliver all the mail, which naturally greatly affects the lives of several different families) starring Richard Travis, Brenda Joyce, Spencer Charters, Stanley Andrews, William Bakewell, Emma Dunn, Joseph Cawthorne, and Oscar O'Shea. Note that the title of this movie could be a parody of the title of James M. Cain's classic noir novel "The Postman Always Rings Twice", because that book was written in 1934, even though it wasn't brought to the screen until 1946, four years after this movie.
