An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Belgian Movie Poster (measures 15" x 22" [38 x 56 cm]) (Learn More)

Messieurs les ronds de cuir (released in English-speaking countries as "The Bureaucrats International"), the 1959 Heri Diamant-Berger French political black comedy (based on a story by Georges Courteline; about bureaucracy in government, and how much inefficiency is built into it) starring Noel Noel, Pierre Brasseur, Philippe Clay, Micheline Dax, Jean Poiret, Michel Serrault, and Jean Richard. Note that this was a remake of a 1937 French movie of the same name.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good to very good. There is a censor stamp near one edge (see our image).
