The buyer of that poster had it linenbacked, and they have now reconsigned it to us, so this is still the only example of this poster we have ever auctioned! Many people rightly consider this to be the best Diana Dors poster there is! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at some crossfolds and some creases, tears, and tiny paper loss on parts of some folds. It had some faint scuffs in the upper right and lower right (see our image). Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
