An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) The Poor Rich, the 1934 Edward Sedgwick Depression-era screwball inheritance mistaken identity comedy ("The BIG LAUGH Show!"; a clever comedy about a broke man who inherits a family estate, but when he gets there, it is completely run down, and he learns that some rich family friends are coming to visit with their daughter, and he tries to get the place all fixed up so he can impress them and marry the daughter, and after many complicated comic subplots, he ultimately learns the visiting family is just as poor as he is) starring Edward Everett Horton, Edna May Oliver, Thelma Todd, Leila Hyams, Andy Devine, Grant Mitchell, John Miljan, and Una O'Connor NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: fine. This glass slide is in really excellent condition, and we feel that EVERY collector would be happy to own it. It IS possible it may have a MINOR defect or defects, but nothing at all significant. But we bet many dealers would call items in this grade "mint" or "near mint"! Learn More about condition grades
