Important Added Info: Note that this is the first edition from 1988 in its original dust jacket. We have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads. Note that on all hardcover books, the buyer must pay the actual cost of shipping (but if you solely buy books, or if you want the books shipped separately, they can be shipped in the U.S. only via "Media Mail", which is much less expensive than Priority Mail; unfortunately, there is no similar service outside the U.S. to Media Mail). So bear the above in mind before placing a bid on this book. Condition: very good. There was a price sticker in the upper left of the dust jacket and it was removed, causing extremely tiny surface paper loss, but otherwise, the book is in really nice condition!
