He is best remembered for hosting the TV variety show "The Flip Wilson Show", and appearing on late night talk shows. Some of his movies include: Skatetown, U.S.A., The Fish That Saved Pittsburgh, and Uptown Saturday Night. He passed away in 1998 at the age of 64.
