An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed Deluxe 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" [19 x 24 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Rudy Vallee was a famous band leader and actor from the 1930s through the 1950s and then took a few film roles in the 1960s and 1970s, and he added much to those movies, and seeing them makes you wish he had done more of them! Some of his best remembered movies include: The Palm Beach Story, Unfaithfully Yours, I Remember Mama, The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer, and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He passed away in 1986 at the age of 84. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Rudy Vallee! Also note that this still measures 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" [19 x 24 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Finally, note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes. Condition: good.
