An Unfolded Italian Advertising Poster (measures 39 1/2" x 55 1/4" [100 x 140 cm]) (Learn More)

Amaro Valsesia, the 1920s Italian liquor advertising poster promoting the purchase of an aperitif from north-eastern Italy. Note that this poster features art of a woman in traditional dress holding up a bottle of Amaro Valsesia. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. There are some pinholes, tears and tiny paper loss around the edges. There is a 3" tear in the center of the bottom border that has been repaired with tape from the back. This poster would respond really well to simple linenbacking, and it has definitely survived quite well given its size and it's age.
