An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Night and Day, the 1946 Michael Curtiz romantic musical composer biographical melodrama ("Based on the Career of Cole Porter") starring Cary Grant (as Cole Porter), Alexis Smith, Monty Woolley (who played himself; he was a real-life close personal friend of Cole Porter's), Ginny Simms, Jane Wyman, Eve Arden, Carlos Ramirez, Donald Woods, and Mary Martin. Note that the real life Cole Porter was a gay homosexual male (although he married), but this could obviously not be addressed in 1946, so the movie presents a very fictitious story of his life! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: fair. The corners have been trimmed from the card and there is a semi-circular cut at center. There are tack holes throughout the card and there are remnants of stamps at left and right and on the back around the edges.
