We are not sure of the English title of this film, but we think it may be from The Charlie Chaplin Festival, a 1938 feature presentation of Chaplin comedy shorts (including "The Escaped Adventurer," "The Fiddling Vagabond," "The Drunk on a Cure," "The Policeman of Easy Street," "The Bewildered Immigrant," and "The Aristocratic Count.").
