American International 1978 and Beyond ("AIP Presents 1978 and Beyond"), the 1978 "sequel" campaign book. AIP made a "regular" campaign book in 1978, but then they also made this sequel one (which is why it says "and Beyond"), which consists of a folder that has multiple loose 2-page and 4-page promo brochures for upcoming AIP movies, including Starcrash, Island of the Damned, Meteor, Norseman, High Ballin', California Dreaming, Youngblood, Jennifer, Our Winning Season, and The Chosen. Note that this campaign book looks much more like a presskit, although there are no stills. AIP also did a more traditional campaign book this year.
