An Unfolded Special Poster (measures 14 1/4" x 36 1/4" [36 x 92 cm]) (Learn More) Winner?, the 1971 die-cut anti-drug public health poster featuring an image of Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin on two sides of a capsule. Of course, Jimi died of a barbiturate overdose in September 1970, and Janis died from a heroin overdose a month later. Both were members of the infamous '27 Club', consisting of musicians, actors, and artists who died at the age of 27, so it makes sense that their images were used as part of an anti-drug campaign! If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster has some spots of slight discoloration on back at upper center that very slightly show through to the front in the upper and lower edges only. They are not very noticeable or distracting when the poster is displayed at a reasonable viewing distance and otherwise it is in pretty nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
