An Autographed Menu (measures 5 3/4" x 7 1/2"; 4 pages) (Learn More)

Joan Bennett was an actress from the 1920s to the 1980s. Note that in her roles in the 1930s, she had short blonde hair, and in the early 1940s, she massively changed her appearance, with long dark hair (greatly resembling Hedy Lamarr!). She came from a famous acting family (her parents were Richard Bennett and Adrienne Morrison) and her sister Constance Bennett was also a successful actress, and they had a third sister, Barbara, who appeared in a few movies but then retired to become a wife and mother. Some of her movies include: Scarlet Street, The Woman in the Window, Little Women, Father of the Bride, and We're No Angels AND Huntz Hall was an actor from the 1930s to the 1990s. He was one of the original members of the Dead End Kids when "Dead End" opened on Broadway in the 1930s, and he continued in the movie version of that play, and stayed a member for nearly 20 years, through many name changes, including The Bowery Boys!
Important Added Info: Note that this item (which is a menu from a "Dinner Dance" event at the Allied Artists Studio Club on Saturday, October 22, 1955) has been personally autographed (signed) by BOTH Joan Bennett AND Huntz Hall! Our consignor is a longtime dealer who acquired this signed item among many other purchases in his inventory, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signatures to likely be authentic (and given that these were acquired at an event hosted by Allied Artists, and both signatures are personalized to "Barbara", we feel certain they are both authentic).

Condition: good to very good.
