Date Sold 3/12/2015 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 8 Original 1959 Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Son of Robin Hood, the 1958 (released in the U.S. in 1959) George Sherman English medieval adventure thriller (it starts after Robin Hood's death, and his Merry Men want to carry on, and they think he has a son who can be their new leader, but "he" turns out to be a daughter, but they pass her off as the son of Robin Hood anyway!) starring Al Hedison (billed as "Al Hedison", sometimes billed as David Hedison, and sometimes billed as Al "David" Hedison; best-remembered for playing the title character in "The Fly"), June Laverick (in the title role as "Deering Hood"), David Farrar, Marius Goring, and Philip Friend NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good. Most have masking tape on the back of the right and left edges that slightly bleeds through to the front and stains the front of other cards.
