For Me and My Gal, the 1942 Busby Berkeley New York City Broadway theater stage acting romantic musical ("Greatest musical show ever to thrill your heart!"; "Screen play by Richard Sherman, Fred Finklehoffe and Sid Silvers"; "Original Story by Howard Emmett Rogers") starring Judy Garland, George Murphy, Gene Kelly, Martha Eggerth, Ben Blue, and Richard Quine. Note that this was Gene Kelly's very first movie, but because he was already a Broadway dancing star, he was given a lead role in his first time out!

Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 24 3/4" x 39" [63 x 99 cm].

Condition: fair. All of the borders were trimmed off. The poster was glued to something and was later removed and there are now glue stains on the back of the entire poster. There is much separation in parts of the foldlines (the entire top quarter of the vertical fold is separated) and there are a few small areas of paper loss on parts of some foldlines and pinholes and small paper loss around the edges. Obviously this poster has major defects, but it is also true that a talented professional can linenback the poster. After proper restoration of the above defects and restoring the missing border, the poster will look great, but bear this expense in mind before placing a bid on this poster.
