Mother Lode (also released as "Search for the Mother Lode"), the 1982 Charlton Heston gold prospecting adventure thriller ("The Last Great Treasure"; "The lure of gold can make a man do anything. Anything."; "The Next Great Adventure") starring Charlton Heston, Nick Mancuso, Kim Basinger (in her second movie role!), John Marley ("as Elijah"), and Dale Wilson. Note that this movie had a complicated U.S. release with multiple distributors being involved and the U.S. first release continued into 1983.
