Smith, Ernest Butterworth Jr. (billed as "Ernest Butterworth"; "As the boy detective"), and Clark Comstock. Note that we have not been able to find information on this early serial. Based on the chapter titles, it certainly involved then-modern technology, and it may have been science fiction, but we just don't know.
