An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded International Double-Sided One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 40" [69 x 102 cm]) (Learn More) Flags of Our Fathers, the 2006 Clint Eastwood World War II (WWII) historical action melodrama ("A single shot can end the war"; "Based on the book by James Bradley with Ron Powers"; about the five U.S. Marines and one U.S. Navy sailor who raised the flag at the top of Mount Suribachi on the Pacific island of Iwo Jima) starring Ryan Phillippe, Jesse Bradford, Adam Beach, John Benjamin Hickey, and John Slattery. Note that Clint Eastwood also made an entirely separate movie, "Letters from Iwo Jima" (covering the same material, but from the Japanese perspective, with Japanese actors!), at the same time that he made this movie, and both movies were released in the same year! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster measures 27" x 40" [69 x 102 cm]. Also note that this is an "international" style one-sheet (meaning it was printed in the U.S. for use in non-U.S. countries). Note the lack of a ratings box and NSS information. Finally, note that this is a double-sided poster. From the 1990s on, movie posters were often made in double-sided versions (for use in light boxes). If we do not note that a poster is double-sided (as this is), then it is single-sided. Note that the image on the reverse is a mirror image of the image on the front! Condition: very good.
