Pepsi is a carbonated soft drink manufactured by PepsiCo, that was created in 1893 under the name "Brad's Drink" by Caleb Bradham. It was renamed Pepsi Cola in 1898 (the name comes from the digestive enzyme pepsin and kola nuts used in the recipe) and finally to Pepsi in 1961.

Important Added Info: Note that we can't say for certain, but it seems extremely likely this is a re-creation tin sign, likely created in the 1980s or so. We imagine it reproduces a tin sign that was created in the 1920s or 1930s. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
