In baffling split-second murder mystery!"; "From the novel 'Black Doll' by William Edward Hayes"; this film is part of the "Collins Crime Club" series of films ["A Crime Club Production"]; about a woman whose father is murdered as she is talking to him, and right after he received a mysterious black doll, and luckily, her boyfriend is a private detective, and she hires him to figure out who killed her father, and it is one of six suspects, all of whom had a motive for killing the father) starring Nan Grey, Donald Woods, Edgar Kennedy, William Lundigan, Doris Lloyd, Sid Taylor, and C.
