Did you know... that you really MUST add our e-mail addresses to your "address book"?Return to Did You Know Archive Added: 12/23/2013 We sometimes hear from bidders who say they haven't received an e-mail from us ("I would have paid sooner but I didn't know I won!"; "Is this poster mine? I never received my consignment update e-mail."; etc). Most annoying of all are the e-mails we receive from buyers saying, "Why did you forget to send me an e-mail notifying me that my order was sent, so I could track it?" because we ALWAYS send all buyers such an e-mail the very same day the package is shipped (because that way they know it is on its way, and they can simply click on the link in that e-mail and track the package until it arrives)! We virtually never "forget" to send any e-mails, so the problem (when this occurs, which fortunately is fairly rare) is that they are not being delivered. There are two main solutions to fix this problem: 1) The first suggestion is to check your junk/spam folder to
see if any of our messages went there. If so, mark them as "not junk/spam" and that should help.
It's like training your e-mail to accept the e-mails you want to receive. NOTE: In the list below, we display the @ sign as (a), but you should save it in your address book or contacts list with the @ sign. We display it this way to prevent spammers from "grabbing" our e-mail addresses.
