What are Tags?

Tags are a way for us to group together topics that are similar with the idea that you will be able to easily find similar topics of interest.

We started adding Tags on January 25, 2019. In the future, they will become clickable links, but for now, you could search for Tags in the Did You Know Archive's search box.

How to search for Tags: When you type in the name of the tag (such as #NewCustomer), be sure to include the hashtag ("#") and type the tag exactly as it displays. That's it!
