MORGAN FREEMAN

Morgan Freeman is a black African American actor from the 1960s to the present. Some of his movies include: Driving Miss Daisy (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), The Shawshank Redemption (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Dark Knight, Se7en, Batman Begins, Million Dollar Baby (winner of the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), War of the Worlds, Invictus (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), and Wanted. One might think that the world would have recognized his great talent early on, but he appeared in mostly bit parts in the 1960s, was a regular on TV's "The Electric Company" for most of the 1970s, and did not have his first "break out" role until Street Smart (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film) in 1987 when he was 50 years old! As of 2021, Morgan is still alive at the age of 84!
