GERALD FORD
Gerald Ford was a politician from the 1940s to the 1970s. He was the 38th President of the United States of America from 1974 to 1977, taking over after Richard Nixon resigned. In one of his most controversial acts, he granted a presidential pardon to Nixon for his role in the Watergate scandal. Prior to his presidency, Ford was a member of the House of Representatives and later House Minority Leader. He passed away in 2006 at the age of 93.
