BETSY PALMER

Betsy Palmer was an actress from the 1950s to the 2000s. Some of her movies include: Mister Roberts, The Tin Star, The Long Gray Line, and The Fear: Resurrection. She was a long time panelist on TV's "To Tell The Truth". In 1953, she appeared on a TV show, "Studio One in Hollywood", on the "Sentence of Death" episode, and in that cast was an unknown James Dean! She also made an appearance late in her career as Jason's mother, Mrs. Vorhees, in "Friday the 13th". She passed away in 2015 at the age of 88.
