LEO MCCAREY
Leo McCarey was a director from the 1920s to the 1960s. He is best remembered for sentimental comedies and romantic melodramas. Some of his movies include: Duck Soup, Going My Way, Bells of St. Mary's, Awful Truth (winner of the Best Director Academy Award for this film), and Love Affair (which he remade as "An Affair to Remember"). He passed away in 1969 at the age of 72.
