DINAH SHORE
Dinah Shore (born Frances Rose Shore) was a popular actress and singer from the 1940s to the 1980s. She began as a solo singer in the Big Band Era and had many hits starting in 1940. One of her biggest hits was with the song "Dinah", and she took her stage name from that song! Some of her movies include: Aaron Slick from Punkin Crick, Up in Arms, and Bongo. She had a long-running TV series "The Dinah Shore Show", and she had a much publicized romance with the much younger Burt Reynolds (younger by 20 years!), and she had previously been married to actor George Montgomery for 20 years (and they had two children). She passed away in 1994 at the age of 77.
