BILL DANA

Bill Dana (born William Szathmary) was a Hungarian Jewish stand-up comedian and actor from the 1950s to the 1980s, with a few minor guest spots after that. Some of his roles include The Steve Allen Show, The Snoop Sisters, and Murder in Texas. He is best remembered for creating the character he impersonated over many years, Jose Jimenez. Dana passed away in 2017 at the age of 92.
