ETHEL CLAYTON

Ethel Clayton was an actress from the 1910s to the 1940s. Some of her movies include: Secrets, Lightnin', and Mother Machree. Note that Ethel Clayton was the stage name taken by Alice Spade from Bayside, NY because it was considered uncouth to be an actress in film during the silent era! She passed away in 1966 at the age of 83.
