GEORGE MCMANUS

George McManus was an cartoonist and writer from the 1910s to the 1950s, best known for his cartoon strips "Jiggs & Maggie", "The Newlyweds & Their Baby", and "Let George Do It" (all of which were successfully turned into several short comedy features!). McManus passed away in 1954 at the age of 70.
