BESSIE BARRISCALE

Bessie Barriscale was an actress from 1913 to the 1930s. She was a very popular leading lady throughout the 1910s, but at the end of the decade, she married director/actor Howard Hickman and they had a baby, and she made few movies after that, although she made many stage appearances. When her husband and she were first married, they took a world tour, and brought a cameraman with them, to film their adventures! She passed away in 1965 at the age of 80.
