POLLY BERGEN

Polly Bergen (born Nellie Paulina Burgin) was an actress from the 1940s to the 2010s. She was multi-talented, performing as an actress, a singer, and very notably as a game show panelist on "To Tell the Truth". She had great business success as well. In her later years, she was swindled by her third husband, and lost everything, but she bounced back and did much performing, including a notable recurring role as Stella Wingfield in TV's "Desperate Housewives" from 2007 to 2011. Some of her movies include: Cape Fear, Move Over Darling, Kisses for My President (where she played the first female President, who resigned when she became pregnant!). She passed away in 2014 at the age of 84.
