HAYAO MIYAZAKI

Hayao Miyazaki is a Japanese animator, director, producer, screenwriter, author, and manga artist from the 1960s to the present. He is a co-founder of the a film and animation studio, Studio Ghibli, and he has attained international acclaim as a masterful storyteller and as a maker of animated feature films. Some of his movies include: Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, Howl's Moving Castle, and Princess Mononoke. As of 2021, he is still alive at the age of 80.
