PADDY CHAYEFSKY
Sidney Aaron "Paddy" Chayefsky was an American playwright, screenwriter and novelist from the 1940s to the 1980s. He is the only person to have won three solo Academy Awards for writing both adapted and original screenplays. His best known works are Marty and Network. Chayefsky was part of the inaugural class of inductees into the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' Television Hall of Fame. He passed away in 1981 at the age of 58.
