RENE CLAIR
Rene Clair was a legendary French screenwriter and director from the 1920s to the 1990s. Some of his movies include: A Nous la Liberte, Le Million, Le Silence est D'or, Les Grandes Manoeuvres, and Porte des Lilas. In 1941, when France fell, he moved to Hollywood, where he made some excellent movies, including I Married a Witch, The Flame of New Orleans, and It Happened Tomorrow. He passed away in 1981 at the age of 82.
