RUDYARD KIPLING
Joseph Rudyard Kipling was an English journalist, short-story writer, poet, and novelist from the 1880s to the 1930s. He was born in India, which inspired much of his work. Some of his works include: The Jungle Book, Kim, and The Man Who Would Be King. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Kipling was among the United Kingdom's most popular writers. Many of his works have been adapted into popular Hollywood films. Kipling passed away in 1936 at the age of 70.
