YACHT CLUB BOYS

The Yacht Club Boys was a quartet of American comic singers from the 1920s to the 1930s. The group included Charles Adler, George Kelly, Billy Mann, and Jimmie Kern (James V. Kern). They also appeared as a specialty act in several feature films, including: The Singing Kid (in which they try to keep Al Jolson from singing outdated "mammy songs"), Stage Struck and Thrill of a Lifetime
