LES PAUL

Les Paul was the blues, country, and jazz guitarist from the 1920s to 2009. He was best known for his pioneering solid body electric guitar, and was an innovator in music recording, particularly with his use of overdubbing, multi track recording, and delay effects! Les Paul toured with country western Mary Ford from the 1940s until their divorce in 1964, and they recorded several country hits, including: How High the Moon, Whispering, and Tennessee Waltz. He passed away in 2009 at the age of 94.
