CORINNA MURA
Corinna Mura was a cabaret singer who was initially trained to be an opera singer, but she had a career performing in nightclubs. She appeared in a handful of Warner Bros. movies, and she will forever be best remembered for her performance as the singer at Rick's Cafe Americain in "Casablanca" (she sings a song with her guitar, and then, when Laszlo insists the band plays "La Marseillaise", she sings along and plays the guitar!). She passed away in 1965 at the age of 55.
