WERNER LABBE
Werner Labbe was a German painter, illustrator and graphic artist from the 1930s to the 1980s. Labbe illustrated books by Heinrich Boll, Annette Kolb, Tetzner, Remarque and Balzac. From 1952 to 1954, he received a lectureship at the Municipal Art Institute in Frankfurt, Germany. He passed away in 1989 at the age of 79.
