SAHARET

Saharet (born Clarissa Campbell) was an Australian dancer from the 1890s to the 1910s. She performed in several vaudeville music houses across the world, and was known for a risque and audacious dance set. After her third marriage she promptly retired in 1917! She also appeared in a handful of films, including: On the Altar of Patriotism, In a Golden Cage, and Mimosa-San. Saharet passed away in 1964 at the age of 86.
